COUNSELLING

Wander Through Time

By O.C. Madu

If you study human beings, you will find that they fall into different groups. There is one group which lives exclusively in the past. That is to say, they begin to understand an event only when it is past. As a result, they can neither truly rejoice about something that is happening nor intuitively perceive its full gravity. Only afterwards do they begin to talk about it, to enthuse about if or to feeling regret. And while constantly speaking of the past either feeling happy about it or lamenting it, they continually over look present events. Such must become old and past before they begin to value them.
