WARRI – The Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor, has said that the Nigeria military is winning the war against Insurgency as evident in the massive surrender of terrorists in the Northeast .

The CDS, said this at the Warri Naval Base of the Nigeria Navy (NNS) Delta, shortly after an operational visit to a surveillance base at the Trans Forcados crude oil pipeline in Burutu council area of Delta state, Tuesday.

“And more so, you have seen reports of massive surrender of Boko Haram terrorists among other things, so that’s an indication that we are winning the war.

“In no distant time, we will see the totality of the end of such kind of criminality in that part of the country”.Irabor ,said.
