Owo (Akure) -A Facebook blogger escaped death few weeks ago in Akure town, Ondo State.
According to our South West correspondent, the Facebook blogger, whose name were given as Omokaro Esosa Felix narrowly escaped assassin’s attack on his way to board a vehicle to his ancestral home, Benin City, Edo State.
The 400 level computer science student of University of Benin, started receiving calls immediately after he wrote on his Facebook page the attack in St Francis Catholic Church that claimed over 40 lives, which have attracted over 100 thousand views and comments.
It will be recalled that over 40 worshippers were gruesomely murdered during a morning mass, on June 5, 2022, while over 100 others were injured during the attack.
Days after the attack, he blogged on his page, that the perpetrators of the dastardly act are enemies to humanity, that the Allah doesn’t permit killings. The video went viral, this cause a lot of troubles for the islamic terrorist who normally practice and preached the opposite the religious to their followers, for them to continue perpetrating the inhumane acts in the country.
He emphasised that the perpetrators of the dastardly act should be brought to justices.
It was also learnt that he escaped similar attacked in Benin city and Asaba the Delta state capital, a situation that makes the young man went into hiding. His whereabout is sketchy as at the time of filling in this report.
