Edos Will Remain Grateful To Oshiomhole - Rector

Edo state indigenes will always remain grateful to the Comrade Governor, Adams Oshiomhole for his vision, commitment and courage in transforming education in the state.


The Rector, Institute of Continue Education, Benin City Prof. Friday E. Iyoha, made this assertion in Benin City in a chat with The SUNDAY OBSERVER.


He said the improve quality of structure and course delivery in our education system will enhance good learning environment for students to study and pass their various examinations.


Prof. Iyoha said institute of continue education, Benin city has regained its loss glory, stressing that the new management of the school is trying its best to bring quality education and improve on course delivery for improve performance, noting that the calibre of lecturers in the school are up to the task of improving the standard of education in the school.


He said rural centres of the school are gradually opening up. He listed urhonigbe centre, Fuger centres for Edo North zone and Uromi as centres to provide education at the doorstep of the rural people in the state.


Prof. Friday E. Iyoha however called on the people of the state and those outside the state to come and partake in the new qualitative education at the institute.
