EKPOMA – The Chairman, Esan West Local Government Area Hon. Saturday Ugbeide has been commended for prudent management of human and material resources in the Local Government Area despite the poor allocation from the Federation Account.
The commendation was made by Comrade Raphel Agbibua, Special Assistant to the Chairman Esan West Local Government Area on Traffic and Removal of road obstruction, while addressing members of the National Union of Road, Transport workers and some members of motorcycle bike riders at the market square shortly after a cleanup exercise.
According to Comrade Raphel, “the challenges facing the council at the moment will soon be a thing of the past speaking further, he said that the Chairman meant well for the people only that the poor allocation to council has not helped issues at all, but however assured the group that if they vote out the Peoples Democratic Party at the centre in the forthcoming general election it will do the state a lot of good.
The Special Assistant told the group that the poor allocation to the State and Local Government Councils is political and that from all available signs, the All Progressives Congress is poised to put an end to bad government.
