“We are going to focus on the farm settlements, you will be proud to go into farming. Second one will be on road infrastructure with particular attention on access roads to farms. We will also provide security so that people can go to farms”, he stated.

The guber hopeful on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), also said he would continue to appeal to Edo people to allow Edo Central Senatorial District take the 2024 governorship slot.

He said the lobby is very important because the Edo Central does not have the numerical strength to singlehandedly produce a governor, therefore it has to garner support from other zones to actualise its ambition.

“So, for fairness and equity, we are lobbying and reaching out to other districts, they should support Esan extraction to produce the next governor after governor Obaseki”, Gideon Obhakhan said.
