Stanley Eguma, the technical adviser of Rivers United, has refuted reports suggesting a rift with certain players in the team.
The Pride of Rivers recently lost some of their players due to contract broil.
Eguma boasted that the club has the best welfare package for players in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
“Every player has their contractual terms and if any player is not satisfied with the contract or breach of contract the player has the right to call for termination,” he told BSN Sports.
“Here in Rivers United, we have a very good setup and a very good welfare in the team.
“The whole thing has to do with the individual players, the players that decided to leave the team have left and there is no problem in the team,” he emphasized.
It was reported that Liberian forward Albert Korvah was recently locked in a contractual dispute with the club.
