A prominent museum in the United States of America has concluded plans to present looted Benin bronzes to Omo N’ Oba N’ Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare II, CFR, Oba of Benin.
The delegation will present the artefacts that were looted from Oba Palace centuries ago to Oba Ewuare II on Monday, July 15, 2024 in the Palace, Benin City.
In a press statement released Osaigbovo Iguobaro, Chief Press Secretary to the Oba of Benin, yesterday, efenders of Edo heritage and well-wishers of the Royal father are hereby invited to this historic event billed for 12pm.
