Manchester City has reportedly set a £50 million price tag for Kevin De Bruyne’s transfer this summer.
Al-Ittihad showed interest in the 33-year-old and even agreed on personal terms with the playmaker.
However, the Saudi Arabian club has decided to abandon the pursuit, according to transfer expert Rudy Galetti.
The move comes after City turned down a £25 million bid, with the club holding firm on their valuation of closer to £50 million.
De Bruyne is currently in the last 12 months of his contract at the Etihad Stadium.
