IYAKPI (SOUTH -IBIE) – Nigerians, irrespective of religious and political divide have been urged to vote wisely for the APC in order to enthrone a positive change.
Chairman, APC Ward.5, Etsako West local government, Mallam Beliyu Yamah who made the call expressed disappointment at the failure of the present leadership to utilise the abundant wealth of the nation for the benefit of Nigerians.
He lamented that the greatest problems facing the country were unemployment and insecurity and was optimistic that the enthronement of an APC government at the centre would correct the anormalies.
Mallam Yamah recalled that the inadequacies perpetrated by the present leadership which he said, include deliberate grounding of the country’s refineries and the power sector were glaring evidences of large scale corruption by a cabal of leaders.
The Politician explained that the refineries if working at full capacity could absorb substantial number of the unemployed and reduce unemployment. But that the cabal preferred to maintain the status quo so they could continue to export crude oil abroad for refining where millions of naira is siphoned into their private pockets daily.
Mallam Beliyu Yamah stated that the concern of Buhari is to fix Nigeria right and called on all Nigerians to support his bid and rescue Nigeria from the hands of those who did not care about the future of the country.
On the postponed election, Mallam Yamah called for calm and patient saying that “what will be, will be “ as nothing would stop Buhari from winning the election.
He noted that what would have happened on the 14th February from where the date was shifted would still happen on March 28th as Buhari had become the preferred candidate of most Nigerians who they look up to for redemption
