Obaseki commiserates with Buhari, Nigerian Air Force over aircraft crash

BENIN CITY – The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) over the aircraft crash in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, resulting in the death of the crew of the NAF Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft.

The governor, in a statement, said the incident is unfortunate and regrettable, praying that God will grant the families of the Airforce personnel the fortitude to bear the loss.

According to him, “I commiserate with President Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerian Airforce and the families of the seven deceased persons over the unfortunate incident.

“We are deeply saddened by the crash and pray that God will console the families they left behind.”
