ONDO – A medical student called Jonathan was murdered in cold blood at his resident in Owo,Ondo State on February,2008 by irate mob,who was in search of his brother, Godspower Nduka David over his involvement in same same crime.
According to a family source, Godspower,who hails from Owo, Ondo State, was allegedly involved in homosexuality,with a young man, Ojo Ade, a son of a prominent politician in Ondo State.
It was gathered that Godspower was on the watch list of the youths in Owo Community, because of his alleged involvement in homosexuality. Owo Community Chief and elders, including Ojo’s father, Chief Ade, got information about Godspower’s abominable and forbidden same sex activities
The family source, further said, youths of the community, invaded the family house of Godspower to kill him for the taboo he has committed. The irate mob killed his brother when he was not found at home.
It was also gathered that Godspower was said to have lured Ojo into same sex activities by Chief Ade. He accused him of luring his son, Ojo to committing the abominable and unholy acts. He told the Police to hunt him down,so that he will pay for his sins.
Since the killing of his brother,the whereabout of Godspower Nduka David is unknown,as he has fled for his life. The Police has also declared him wanted.
