EDO- For one Miss Erabo Doris, an orphan, life seems to be cruel to her as some suspected members of a diabolical occultic group, ‘Asigidi Fraternity’ have declared her wanted following her alleged refusal to take over her late father, Mr. Erabo’s position in the occult group.
The said Doris, now on the run it was learnt has been severely molested sexually by the husband to the daughter of her grandmother’s friend while working for the couple as house help before her present predicament.
It was gathered that trouble started December 7, 1992 when Doris lost her father through mysterious circumstances when she was barely three years old.
Speaking to our Crime Correspondent, a resident of Ogua village who craved anonymity for safety reasons narrated that Doris was still battling with the hangover from the death of her father when she was again thrown into mourning following the death of her mother four years after her father’s death.
The source disclosed that Doris mother’s death was similar to her father’s death, claiming that the both parents died after vomiting blood for some days.
The death of Mrs. Erabo according to our source prompted Doris’s grandmother to relocate Doris to her house especially as she had no parents to take care of of her.
According to the source: “After the death of Doris’ mother, her grandmother decided to take Doris to her house where she was now living with her grandmother.
“Few months after, a friend to her grandmother informed the grandmother that her daughter was in search of a house help who she will also enroll in school.
“Doris’ grandmother later convinced her to take up the house help job with the assurance that she would be enrolled in school.
“But Doris was never enrolled in any school as promised and worse of it all, she was severely molested sexually by the husband of her madam.
“Doris who could not bear the constant sexual assault on her especially as her madam never believed her each time she reported the issue to her decided to run back to her grandmother’s house”, our source disclosed.
Doris who thought her coming back to her grandmother’s house would end her predicament was surprised after several years when the elders of Ogua village approached Doris and demanded it was time for her to properly bury her father as she has come of age and as the eldest child of the father.
It was scooped further that few weeks after the burial ceremonies of Pa. Erabo, members of the dreaded Asigidi fraternity approached Doris and demanded that it was time for her to take her later father’s position in the occult.
An ageing woman who simply identified herself as Doris’ grandmother informed our Correspondent that Doris outrightly rejected the demand of Asigidi, citing her christian faith as a reason.
The grandmother alleged that members of the highly diabolical group (Asigidi) were responsible for the death of Doris’ parents.
“Asigidi members were the ones that killed Doris’ parents through diabolic means as her father refused to present Doris to the members as the heir apparent to his position in the occultic group. Doris mother while alive also opposed to her daughter joining the devilish group”, she said.
The Asigidi Fraternity who sources opined are violent oriented and always seeing to reality every of their threat were said to have vowed to eliminate Doris for refusing to be their member whenever they set their eyes on her.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, the whereabouts and safety of Erabo Doris remain unknown.
