LAGOS – The police have declared wanted a middle-aged man, Mr. Isesele Eugine, suspected to be a former member of the Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC) for his alleged involvement in cultism and homosexualism, crimes that attract various jail terms in the country.
According to reports, Isesele Eugine, who was allegedly introduced into cultism and gay practice by members of the OPC in Lagos, was said to have sought to renounce his membership of the cult group on November 15, 2013, when his uncle, Julius; with whom he resides noticed that he was involved in the unlawful acts.
The uncle was said to have approached the OPC members for his renunciation and later reported the matter to the police. The police it was gathered, arrested Hope, the gay partner in the process for prosecution to face 14-year jail term.
However, Hope was said to have allegedly implicated the former OPC member to have also been involved in cultism and homosexualism as he revealed that Isesele Eugine was his partner in the act. It was reported that Isesele Eugine decided to flee when he was equally declared wanted by the Police.
Speaking exclusively to The NIGERIAN OBSERVER, another of his uncle Stephen, revealed that Isesele Eugine’s attempt to renounce his membership of the group as counselled by his uncles, against the background of consistent life of cultism and fear, incessant bloodletting, political thuggery, gay and homosexual life-style as well as kidnapping, surreptitiously angered the leadership of the OPC group; who were equally determined to harm him.
Investigation further revealed that having been implicated, the police swung into action to get the fleeing accomplice Isesele Eugine arrested; for prosecution on two counts of cultism and homosexuality.
As at the time of this report, the whereabouts of the fleeing former OPC member Isesele Eugine is unknown and the State Police Command have therefore appealed to members of the public with useful information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect, to report same to the nearest police station for handsome reward.
