KOSUBOSU(KWARA) – The Police in Kwara has said that a suspected armed robber was killed by members of a vigilante group in Baruten Local Government Area of Kwara.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr Ajayi Okasanmi, told newsmen at Kosubosu that other members of the robbery gang had fled into the bush.
Akasanmi said the corpse of the armed robber had been deposited at the General Hospital, Okuta.
He, however, said the police had yet to arrest the fleeing suspects.
