BENIN CITY – The Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) said the power outage and massive load shedding currently being experienced in major parts of Edo State is due to acute shortage of power from power generation companies.
This is contained in a statement the Acting Head, Corporate Affairs, BEDC, Mr. Curtis Nwadei.
According to the statement the development has reduced the quantum of power it is getting from Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN).
