BENIN CITY- A Chieftain of the APC in Edo State, Elder Macaulay Ovienria has appealed to the good people of Edo State to come out enmasse to vote for APC Party in the state, this Saturday in order to sustain the good work Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is doing in the state.
Elder Ovienria said his appeal had become necessary because it was the only way the Comrade Governor could continue his developmental strive in the state.
According to him, Edos should vote enmasse for all the APC candidates into the State House of Assembly for the sake of continued development.
He equally appealed to those in other political parties in Edo State, to vote enmasse for the APC candidates in to the House of Assembly. “Let us forget our difference for now. Let us put the interest of Edo State above any other interest”, he said.
“The Comrade Governor’s hands will be tied if APC does not form majority in State House of Assembly, and this can hinder the developmental performance of the governor in the state”, he added.
Elder Ovienria said the people cannot afford to go back to the dark days in Edo State adding that “posterity would not forgive us if we allow evil forces to take over this state again.
He said all the PDP people in Edo State who have genuine interest of Edo State at heart, should follow the footstep of those who had seen the light in the state and decided to team up with APC under the leadership of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
