Tragedy struck on Monday evening when a young girl suspected to be a student of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma was crushed by a Tipper loaded with sand along Uhumudumun road in Ekpoma, Esan West local Government Area of Edo state

An eye witness account revealed that a motorcycle popularly known as okada carrying the young girl was trying to overtake another one when he collided with another motorcycle before the passenger fell off to the road and was crushed to death by a moving Tipper
Men of the Federal Road Safety Corp Iruekpen Division who were on ground to ease traffic later took the lifeless body of the young girl to a nearby mortuary.
