BENIN CITY – Retired Group Captain, Barrister Jim Adun whose second tenure as a member of Federal House of Representatives just ended has been commended for his quality representation of his constituency in the National Assembly.
The commendation was contained in a press statement yesterday by a group who included  a Veteran Journalist, Mr. Iro Omorodion and Mr. Ola Harrison Osayamwen.
They described Group Captain Adun as “incomparable, incorruptible, amiable, a great achiever, a good philanthropist and a reliable friend” whose philanthropic gesture got to all who came across him irrespective of political affiliation.
They said that the beneficiaries of his assistance were full of prayers for him and his family.
The group also praised him for the development projects he brought to his constituency, Egor/Ikpoba-Okha.
They said that his success and performance at the National Assembly did not come to them as a surprise because of Group Captain Adun’s enviable record and achievements in the Military which included his appointment as Air Attaché, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Cairo, Egypt between 1985 and 1988, adding that he also acted on many occasions as Military Governor of the defunct Bendel State.
The group prayed for God’s protection, blessings and  long life and  a higher office for the benefit of mankind.
