BENIN CITY – Secretary to Edo State Government, Prof. Julius Ihonvbere has charged members of the newly inaugurated  Post Primary Education Board (PPEB) to lire up to expectations in the discharge of their duties.
Prof. Ihonvbere was speaking yesterday in Government House while receiving the members who came on a courtesy visit   following their appointment.
The SSG noted that their appointment came at a time it was direly needed by the state government, adding that the challenges posed by the absence of a board will now be a thing of the   past.
He equally promised that the state government will put modalities in place to ensure that a conducive working environment is provided.
Chairman Post Primary Education Board (PPEB) Hon. Gabriel Oiboh said the purpose of their visit was to thank the SSG for the role he played towards ensuring their appointment came into fruition, and also appealed for more support to enable them carry out their responsibilities more effectively.
