BENIN CITY- Edo State Government has alerted members of the public that the demand notice on Fire Service Charge to business owners in the state which officials of the state Ministry of Transport has been issuing was not authorised by government.
A statement signed by the state Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mr. Louis Odion requested that such demand notice issued them be discountenanced
The statement added that business owners will be notified when a decision is taken on the matter by the state Executive Council.
