Benin city – The Onojie ofAmahor in Igueben Local Government Area, Edo State, HRH, Zaiki Amos Enadeghe Akhadia I on Wednesday in Benin City lauded Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole on the infrastructure development accomplished in the state.

He however appealed for the tarring of the Amahor-Ebelle road which is the only road that leads to the water-side Obodeko, Ogoh, Idumodin and Ugun towns as well as for the provision of the ultra-modern red-roofed buildings in any of the following schools; Amahor secondary school Amahor, Eguare Primary School, Obodeko Primary School, Ebase Primary School, Idumodin Primary School and Nomadic Primary   School, Amahor Water-side.

On behalf of his subjects both at home and in Diaspora, the Royal Father declared his unalloyed support and loyalty to Edo State Government being led by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

Receiving the Onogie on behalf the state Governor, Edo State Deputy Governor, Dr. Pius Egberanmwen Odubu told the Traditional Ruler and his delegation that it was the desire of the Governor to take development to all the nooks and crannies of the state with the availability of resources.

Dr. Odubu gave assurance that he would take his request to the Governor whom he described as “being a very compassionate man that wants to bring succour to everybody,” just as he explained that the governor would not renege on his words pointing out that the Governor does what he says he will do.
