UBIAJA – A young man,Ofonghor Mike Agbuduwe,who hails from Ubiaja,Esan South East Local Government Area,Edo State, have been declared wanted by the Police for same sex activities.
Two of his homosexual partners,Boss Benson and Stephen Ehis were arrested and are currently in Police custody.
Information made available to reporters showed that the trio,Mike,Boss and Stephen have been in engaging in homosexuality secretly.The forbidden and unholy act was however let out of the bag,when Stephen told Mike’s father,Mr Ofonghor Agbuduwe about their unholy relationship.
It was gathered that Mr Ofonghor,who was lewd with anger over his son abominable and shameful act,gave Mike the beating of his life and he was seriously injured.He went to the palace and reported the matter to the Onojie (King) of Ubiaja.He also reported it to the Police on December 20,2015
The Police swung into action and arrested Boss Benson and Stephen Ehis.Mike was not found at home because he has already fled after the beating and injuries his father inflicted on him.
Information from the palace of the Onojie made available to our reporter, condemned the illicit relationship of the trio.A palace Chief,who do not want his name in print said that it is a taboo and an abomination for people to engaged in homosexuality as it is against the culture and abomination.He said that sacrifices and appeasement have to be offered to the gods to avert calamity.
In Nigeria same sex activities is a criminal offense that attracts a maximum of fourteen years imprisonment.
The whereabout of Ofonghor Mike Agbuduwe is unknown, while Boss Benson and Stephen Ehis are still in Police custody pending the conclusion if investigation before they are charged to court.
