BENIN CITY – The lingering crisis between the family of Alhaji Mohammed and Mr Odianosen Emma over the love affairs between Faith Odianosen and his boyfriend, Mohammed Aliu,has led to the dead of Mr Odianosen Emma.
A close source to the Odianosen family told our reporter that the love affair between Faith Odianosen and Mohammed Aliu has led to series of crisis as Mohammed Aliu’s family objected to their son’s relationship to Faith Odianosen who is a Christian.
The family source stated that Mohammed Aliu’s family objected to the relationship because of their muslim background and they considered it an abomination and a taboo for the son to marry into a Christian family.
The source also said that the crisis was worsened when Faith became pregnant.The boy’s family’s told Faith that since she did not procure abortion she should give birth
and that if the baby is a girl they will accept,but not when the child is a boy
It was gathered,Faith gave birth to a bouncing baby boy that was when hell was let loose.
On January 30th,2016,the family of Mohammed Aliu attack the resident of Faith Odianosen at Igun Street in Benin city at about 10.00pm,Faith was not at home,they killed her father,Mr Odianosen Emma.And they have been searching for Faith since then.
When contacted by our reporter the Edo State Police Command,Public Relations Officer, DSP Moses Nkombe confirmed the killing and said that investigation is go on.
The whereabouts of Faith Odianosen is unknown has she has ran for her life
