Benin city-the Nigeria police force has declared one Emmanuel odion wanted for practicing gay and homosexuality with has gay partner one simple identified as olotu.an act punishable by law in Nigeria as enacted in same sex marriage prohibition act of January 2014.
It was gathered that Emmanuel odion who is an indigene of Edo state has a girlfriend named omorovbiye and had a good relationship with her.hoping to end in marriage.
She came visiting Emmanuel odion in his house on the 23 of October 2015 and head some strange and suspicious noise as she got close to the door.she decided to open without knocking and met the shocked of her life.
I was shocked beyond expectation when I saw my boyfriend Emmanuel odion with another guy called olotu neked having sex.i almost fainted and screamed started shouting.peolple ran down and then started beating them Emmanuel odion managed to escape and people called the police and olotu was arrest.
According to olotu in police station.he said Emmanuel odion is his boyfriend and they have been together for long time.olotu said some times they meet each other at hotel or club before his girlfriend caught them in the act.
The police is in search of Emmanuel odion who has been missing for past six months now.who so ever seen him or have any useful information about him should please report to the nearest police station.
