BENIN CITY — A middle aged man and father of three, Nana Oshevire Sunny, is currently on the run, after his in laws summoned him to Court because of his sexual orientation and the disgrace and shame he has brought to them.
Nana Oshevire Sunny, was pressured and forced to get married by his family members, who know of his sexual status. They pressured him to get married because of the shame and disgrace he brings to the entire family because of his bisexual activities.
It was gathered from a close family source that he got married to Miss Meg Aferhuan, who is from a strict religious family in 2004.
When the wife’s family learnt of Sunny’s abominable and disgraceful sexual acts, they invited him to a family meeting to discuss it.
The family source stated that after several summons and Sunny’s not honouring the invitation,the wife’s family led by Joseph Aferhuan took the matter to court. Nana Oshevire Sunny was sued for defamation and the family was claiming One Million Naira (1,000,000.00) for special and general damages, for his bisexual activities.
The source further said that Sunny and his family fled in April 2014, when the police started searching for him because he did not honour the Court Summons.
It was also gathered that the family, came back and started staying in Edo State in 2015.
It was learnt that strange faces started monitoring him and his family. When the harassment, threats, and monitoring became too much and the entire family was no longer safe, the wife, Meg had to leave him for her safety and that of her children in July 2016.
