Akoko Edo: A middle aged man Kehinde Salimon of Igarra Town in Akoko Edo Local Government Area is said to have gone into hiding over alleged plan to initiate him into deadly Ogbeni cult.
It was gathered that he was nominated by his late father to take over his position in the cult a development that conflict with Kehinde Religious belief never to kill which is associated with the cult activities yearly.though his whereabout was unknown as at press time his absence it was reliably gathered has delay the commencement of the Initiation ceremony
However some family members have declared him missing as his whereabout is unknown following the wake of the development in Kehinde father’s house which was set ablaze by unidentified person for his son refusal to be initiated,threatened to eliminate Kehinde Salimon anytime they set eyes on him to end the untimely death among the youth and pregnant women.
However though the police authorities are yet to make an official statement on the matter.some person are already pointing accusing finger at the chief priest of their goddess for complicity in the arson
