EKPOMA-The rescheduled Edo State Gubernarial Election held across Edo
Central under peaceful and orderly atmosphere, with voters turning out
enmaasse to cast their vote.

There was early arrival of voting material, just as accreditation and
voting which were done symoteously commenced as early as 8:00am.

Aparts from few units in Igueben, there was no complain about card
reader malfunctuion in the whole of the senatorial district. There was
no reported case of ballot box snatching.

Some the voters who spoke with The NIGERIAN OBSERVER commended INEC
for reverting to the old system of doing accredition and voting at the
same time.

As at the time of this report, results were already being declared at
various polling units.
