BENIN CITY – A middle aged woman, simply identified as Patience has cried out to the Edo State Police Command over the sudden disappearance of her younger brother, 27 years old Ehimare Walter Ayodele for months now.
The lady who identified herself as Joan Ayodele also appealed to security agencies to launch a search party for his missing brother who left home unannounced.
She said his disappearance may not be unconnected with the disagreement he had with her uncle in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
According to her, “I am aware that my uncle threatened him to denounce his faith and become a Muslim whereas we are Christians.
“My father’s house has been burnt and destroyed. I was chased away by unknown thugs before the incident.
“We are being oppressed because our parents have passed away.
“I don’t care about my father’s property, but the safety of my brother. I am afraid, I don’t want him to be killed,” Joan Ayodele said.
