Following his involvement in an act considered as homosexuality, the Police operatives in Ondo State have declared a manhunt for one Adeyelu Oluwagbenga Folorunso, a Computer Science graduate.
This is even as the family of a popular Traditional Ruler in Akure, Ondo State, whose son reportedly fell ill and died after been caught in an amorous act with Oluwagbenga, has also declared him wanted dead or alive.
Trouble, it was learnt started when Oluwagbenga, who in a bid to meet a certain financial requirement, especially having tried elsewhere to raise the money without success succumbed to the amorous advances of one, Adesida Taiwo.
According to a source who spoke to our Correspondent in confidence, Taiwo, a crown prince and son of the popular traditional ruler in Akure became Oluwagbenga’s gay lover, as the duo reportedly engaged in repeated sexual escapades until they were caught by Taiwo’s mother in April, 2018.
Our source explained that Oluwagbenga who met Taiwo at the University was engrossed in lovemaking on the day Taiwo’s unsuspected mother stumbled on them and raised alarm.
Feared that the residents would lynch him to death as their amorous act is viewed by the people as serious taboo in the land, Oluwagbenga managed to escape to Lagos while Taiwo reportedly fell ill days after.
Angered by their conduct, especially as his son who fell sick and later died from the sickness, Taiwo’s father,reportedly declared Oluwagbenga wanted dead or alive.
It was gathered that armed men suspected to have been hired by the Akure-based Traditional Ruler trailed Oluwagbenga to Lagos, then Abeokuta where he was taking refuge.
“Consequently, Oluwagbenga decided to run to unknown destination for safety”, our source said
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, the whereabout and safety of Oluwagbenga remains unknown.
