Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the demon Destroyer
When Jesus was in the world people were not doubting his ability to cast out demons. His liberating power was so obvious that were wondering where he must have gotten such authority. In the gospel of Luke 11:15-26 When Jesus had cast out a demon, people started speculating, saying, “He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons”; while others, to test him, sought from him a sign from heaven. But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and house falls upon house. And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul. And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges.
But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.” Our Lord Jesus Christ is actually the finger of the Most High God. He is the finger through which God delivers his people from bondage, the finger through which God blesses his people. He is also the only finger that will set you free. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: You are no longer under a Curse
Curse has to do with evil and other misfortune that befalls someone. A person who is under a curse is doomed. he opposite of curse is blessing. In his letter to the Galatians 3:7-14 St. Paul wrote, “Brethren: You see that it is men of faith who are the sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.” So then, those who are men of faith are blessed with Abraham who had faith. For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse… Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us— for it is written, “Cursed be everyone who hangs on a tree”— that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” Through his shameful death on the Cross our Lord Jesus Christ has taken all curses upon himself. Child of God, with Christ Jesus you are no longer under a curse. You are blessed! Every spirit of curse is hereby canceled and I declared you blessed in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Son of a Blessed Mother
A good mother can only give birth to a good child. whereas an evil mother gives birth to evil children. In the same way, a blessed mother can only give birth to a blessed child. That was exactly the case in the relationship between our mother, Mary and her beloved son, Jesus Christ. Mary was a blessed woman who gave birth to a blessed Son. “At that time: As Jesus was speaking, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts that you sucked!” But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” (Luke 11:27-28). Our Lord Jesus Christ shared in the blessing of his beloved mother, Mary. He part of his blessings from the womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary. That is why the woman declared, “blessed is the womb that bore you…” Jesus is indeed the Blessed Son of a Blessed mother. He is the Lord of all the faithful. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: You are Sons and Daughter of God, through Faith
Faith is a uniting force. It is what binds us together as sons and daughters of God. In his letter to the Galatians 3:22-29 St. Paul declares, “Now before faith came, we were confined under the law kept under restraint until faith should be revealed. So that the law was our custodian until Christ came, that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a custodian; for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptised into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise.” It was not the law that unites us together as sons and daughters of God. It is faith and only faith that binds us together. Child of God, with faith in Christ Jesus, you are no longer a slave or a foreigner. You are now a favoured child of God. And as you remain connected to God through faith in Christ Jesus, it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Saviour of the Poor
The ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ is primarily a ministry to the poor. At the early stage of his ministry our Lord Jesus Christ declared, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor” (Luke 4:18). Jesus did not just preach good news to the poor he also defended the right and interest of the poor. In Mark 10:17-30 a man asked him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone. You know the commandments: ‘Do not kill, Do not commit adultery. Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honour your father and mother.”’ And he said to him, “Teacher, all these I have observed from my youth.” And Jesus looking upon him loved him, and said to him, “You lack one thing; go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” With this statement it is obvious that the only way we can have treasure in heaven is by taking care of the poor. By preaching the good news to the poor and even feeding the poor with material food our Lord Jesus Christ has proved to the world that He is the Saviour of the poor. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: Wisdom shall visit you
Wisdom is the light of mind. It is the most precious gift of the Holy Spirit. The bible even presents our Lord Jesus Christ as the Wisdom of the Most High God. Wisdom is the best gift anyone can get from God. Considering the importance of wisdom, the author of the book of Wisdom 7:7-11 prayed for the spirit of wisdom: “I prayed, and understanding was given me; I called upon God, and the spirit of wisdom came to me. I preferred her to sceptres and thrones, and I accounted wealth as nothing in comparison with her. Neither did I liken to her any priceless gem, because all gold is but a little sand in her sight, and silver will be accounted as clay before her. I loved her more than health and beauty, and I chose to have her rather than light, because her radiance never ceases. All good things came to me along with her, and in her hands uncounted wealth.” Child of God, as you continue to pray the spirit of wisdom will visit you. The Lord will bless you with the spirit of understanding. He will enlighten your mind and it shall be well with you, in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Greatest
In the gospel of Luke 11:29-32 our Lord Jesus Christ declares, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of Jonah. For as Jonah became a sign to the men of Nineveh, so will the Son of man be to this generation. The queen of the South will arise at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here. The men of Nineveh will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here.” Our Lord Jesus Christ is not just greater than Solomon or Jonah, He is greater than the greatest and Mightier than the mightiest. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: You are a Free Born
Freedom is the essence of life. Every child of God is created by God in freedom and for freedom. Slavery and bondage is the worst situation on earth. In Galatians 4:22-31 St. Paul describes the difference between a slave and a freeborn: “It is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave and one by a free woman. But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, the son of the free woman through promise. Now this is an allegory: these women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar. But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written, “Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear; break forth and shout, you who are not with labour pains; for the desolate has more children than she who has a husband.” So, brethren, we are not children of the slave but of the free woman. For freedom Christ has set us free; stand fast therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.” Child of God, as long as our Lord Jesus Christ is concerned and as long as you are connected to him, you are not a slave. You are a free born. Nobody can enslave you! You are declared free in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Master of Spiritual Purification
The gospel of Luke 11:37-41 presents our Lord Jesus Christ as the Master of our purification. “While Jesus was speaking, a Pharisee asked him to dine with him; so he went in and sat at table. The Pharisee was astonished to see that he did not first wash before dinner. And the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside you are full of extortion and wickedness. You fools! Did not he who made the outside make the inside also? But give for alms those things which are within; and behold, everything is clean for you.” The Jews so much believe in external purification, which has little or no relevance; but our Lord Jesus Christ is the Master of spiritual purification. He is the only One that can cleans our innermost being and the only One that can deliver us from unclean spirits. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: You are Free Indeed!
Our Lord comes to set us free from slavery and all forms of bondage. He is the source of our freedom. He is the only One that can set us free. And when He sets us free we are free indeed. In the gospel of John 8:36 He declares, “If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.” Now that Christ has set us free St. Paul wrote to the Galatians 5:1-6, “Brethren: For freedom Christ has set us free; stand fast therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery… For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision is of any avail, but faith working through love.” A sinner is a slave. in the gospel of John 8:34-35 our Lord Jesus Christ declares, “Truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not have a permanent place in the household; the son has a place there forever.” Child of God, as long as our Lord Jesus is concerned you are you are no longer a slave to sin. You are free indeed. As you continue to work in love through faith it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Courageous Preacher
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the most Courageous Preacher the world has ever known. He preaches the undiluted word of God. he does not even allow people’s position of opinion tom influence him. In the gospel of Luke 11:4-46 he confronts the leaders of his time, saying, “Woe to you Pharisees! for you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and neglect justice and the love of God; these you ought to have done, without neglecting the others. Woe to you Pharisees! for you love the best seat in the synagogues and salutations in the market places. Woe to you! for you are like graves which are not seen, and men walk over them without knowing it.” One of the lawyers answered him, “Teacher, in saying this you reproach us also.” And he said, “Woe to you lawyers also! for you load men with burdens hard to bear, and you yourselves do not touch the burdens with one of your fingers.” The lawyers thought he would spare them but they received their own piece of cake. With this undiluted message it is obvious that our Lord Jesus Christ is the Most Courageous Man the world has ever known. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: Be filled with the fruits of the Holy Spirit
In his letter to the Galatians 5:18-25 St. Paul declares, “Brethren: If you are led by the Spirit you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are plain: immorality, impurity, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger, selfishness, dissension, party spirit, envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” Child of God, as you are led by the Holy Spirit, the Lord will deliver you from the works of the flesh. He will fill you with all the fruits of the Holy Spirit. And it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Celebration of Christ: Jesus, the Lord of the Harvest
he gospel of Luke 10:1-9 presents our Lord Jesus Christ as the Lord of the harvest. He is the One who will judge heaven and earth. According to St. Luke, “The Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them on ahead of himself was about to come into every town and place where And he said to them labourers are few; “The harvest is plentiful, but the labourer pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest. Go your way; midst of wolves, behold, I send you out as lambs in the midst Carry no purse, no bag, no sandals, and salute no one on the road. Whatever house you enter, firs say, ‘Peace be to this house!” Indeed, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Lord of the harvest. He is the One God has entrusted to judge the world. He is the One that chose his labourers whom he called disciples and apostles. He is also the One who sent his disciples out on mission as lambs in the midst of wolves. He is indeed, the Prince of peace and the Lord of lords. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Prophetic Message: You are not alone!
One with God is majority. Even if the whole world abandons you, the Lord will never abandon you. In his second letter to Timothy 4:10-17, St. Paul wrote, “Beloved: Demas, in love with this present world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica; Crescens has gone to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. Luke alone is with me… At my first defense no one took my part; all deserted me. May it not be charged against them! But the Lord stood by me and gave me strength to proclaim the word fully, that all the Gentiles might hear it.” When everyone deserted St. Paul, he did not feel lonely because he knew that he was not alone. The Lord God was with him throughout his trial and that is why he succeeded. Child of God, you are not alone! The Lord will surely stand by you. As He promised in the prophet Isaiah 49:15, even if your mother and the whole world forget you, the Lord will never forget you. The Lord will surely remain with you both now and forevermore – Amen!
