PHILIP SHAIBU HOST EDO JOURNALISTS
Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu is scheduled to meet with practicing journalists from the three senatorial districts Tomorrow, December 20, 2019. Time is 7:30am prompt.
A statement from his Chief Press Secretary, Comrade Ebomhiana Musa says the usual breakfast meeting instituted by the Deputy Governor about a decade ago is his own little way of appreciating journalists in Edo State and thanking God for the preservation of lives
The December 20 annual breakfast meeting with practicing journalists in Edo State has become a permanent feature in the calendar of the Philip Shaibu household.
According to Comrade Philip Shaibu “I will never forget what journalists did to safe my life from clutches of the military junta Journalists saved my life from being wasted at Gushua Prison in Maiduguri.
So, I will ever live to appreciate and cherish them”.
