Obaseki congratulates Oba of Benin on birthday, 4th coronation anniversary

The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, the Oba of Benin, on his birthday celebration and fourth coronation anniversary.

The governor, in a statement, prayed for more years of unmatched advancement and development with Oba’s continued reign on the throne of his ancestors.

He celebrated the Oba for ensuring stability, peace and progress in Edo State since his reign.

According to the governor, “On behalf of the Government and people of Edo State, I heartily congratulate your Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, on the auspicious occasion of your birthday celebration and 4th coronation anniversary. We have indeed benefited from your fatherly role in ensuring stability, peace and progress in our dear state.

“We pray that the many more years that God Almighty shall grant you to sit on the exalted throne of your forefathers will usher in unmatched advancement and development to our people. May God continue to grant you sound health, the vitality and wisdom to enable you continue to lead our great kingdom. Congratulations! Long may you reign, Oba gha to kpere, Isee!!!”
