BENIN CITY – The Chief Judge of Edo State, Justice Joe Acha has directed High Court in the State to proceed on the Christmas/New Year break on Friday from December 24, 2021 to January 7, 2022.
The directive is in line with the provisions of Order 46 Rule 4(c) of Edo State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rule 2018.
A statement by the Chief Registrar of the court, B. O. Osawaru Esq indicated that normal court session will resume through out the state on January 10, 2022.
The statement wished the Bar, the Bench and the general public a merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year in advance.
