Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu, Monday joined family members, friends and other top dignitaries in a thanksgiving service to celebrate the 70th birthday anniversary of Prince Austin Eweka.

While speaking with Journalists shortly after the thanksgiving mass,which held at the Ascension Catholic Church in Airforce Base, Benin Shaibu appreciated the celebrant for his moral support support. He applauded him for his contributions to societal development and humanity at large.

Shaibu noted: “we are celebrating Prince Austin Eweka today because he is a very special person to all and sundry”.

“I thank God for what he represents and what he has done for the society, our state and beyond,” he added.

The event attracted dignitaries from all walks of life, including former Edo State Governor and National Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun and Peoples Democratic Party,PDP leader,Chief Tom Ikimi, among others.
