Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Champions, Rivers United, have arrived in Brazzaville Congo in readiness for Sunday’s CAF Confederation’s Cup group stage tie against Diables Noirs.
Players, officials and other members of the Nigeria’s team aboard Asky line touched down at the Maya Maya International Airport, Brazzaville, Friday at exactly 6:45pm local time.
The NPFL giants departed Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, and had a stopover in Lome, Togo enrout Congo.
Rivers United will be confronting Diables Noirs on Sunday at the Alphonse Massamba-Debat Stadium, Stade Marchand in Brazzaville Congo.
