Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has cast his vote in the ongoing State House of Assembly election in the state.
Governor Obaseki and his wife, Betsy, voted at Emokpae Model Primary School, Unit 19 Ward 5, Benin City, Oredo LGA, at 10.20am amidst tight security and chants of appreciation from voters.
He expressed confidence of victory for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
