Afrobeats artist Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has announced a new date for his cancelled show at the 39,000-capacity Gelredome Stadium, Netherlands.

The African Giant, writing through his official social media accounts, picked 23rd July 2023 as the new date.

He also sent his apology to his disappointed fans while promising former ticket holders links to free transportation to the venue on the day of the concert.

“All ticket holders will have an opportunity to register for different levels of free transportation,” According to the post on his social media.

“GMTLive (arisfisc) are the cause of the damage and will NO longer be affiliated with this event or any other Burna Boy event going forward,” he said.

The “Last Last” crooner had got fans and music lovers pissed on Saturday night after he failed to show up for the concert he was scheduled to headline at the GelreDome Stadium, Arnhem, Netherlands.

But he had taken to his Instagram page hours later to apologize to heartbroken fans for his inability to show up for the show, even though he had really wanted to.

“I’m hurt that I couldn’t see you tonight even though I really wanted to. We want to make sure you get the best ‘love Damini’ experience possible and that wouldn’t have happened today for a number of reasons,” he posted.

“I’ll be announcing a new date in a few hours so watch out for it,” he said.
