The much-anticipated Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars Edition premiered in a grand style on Sunday, July 23, bringing back fans’ favourite from previous seasons.
The All Stars Edition features housemates selected from all the seasons since the show’s return in 2017 after a 10-year hiatus – See Gobe (Season 2), Double Wahala (Season 3), Pepper Dem (Season 4), Lockdown (Season 5), Shine Ya Eye (Season 6) and Level Up (Season 7). It promises to be filled with drama, excitement and unexpected twists and turns as the All Stars housemates battle it out for the N120 million cash prize. The show, as usual, is hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, himself a product of the BBNaija show.

Here’s what you need to know about the BBNaija All Stars Edition housemates.

1. Cee-C

Cynthia Nwadiora, popularly known as Cee-C, was the runner-up in the Season 3 of the BBNaija reality TV show tagged “Double Wahala”. She gained prominence for being very controversial while on the show in 2018, which left an indelible mark on viewers.
The 30-year old lawyer, model, actress, and fashion enthusiast has bagged many ambassadorial deals since she left the house. In 2018, she won the La Mode Award for Fashion Influencer of the Year. She has also worked with brands such as itel, Cassie Hairs, and FTX Africa, and now she is back and focused on the money, ladies and gentlemen! She claims to understand people better now as opposed to 2018.
“I hope people see me as the human that I am,” she says.

2. Kiddwaya

Terseer Waya, commonly known as Kiddwaya, son of billionaire businessman Terry Waya, comes from the “Lockdown” (Season 5) edition of the show. Kiddwaya, who owns a consulting agency in London, UK, recently presented the sum of N100 million to under-privileged Nigerians. He has landed numerous brand endorsements since he left Biggie’s House and is now back for the money and to give good vibes. His strategy is being himself and real.

3. Doyin

Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, popularly known as Doyin from “Level Up” season, is a successful entrepreneur and owner of “The Doyin Brand” and “Eye Candy by Doyin David”. She is back and this time, she is not on the show to make friends. She says being friendly was a disadvantage the last time, so she is back with a different strategy. She is back to the show for the money because she likes money, she says.

4. Frodd

Frodd, real name Chukwuemeka Okoye, an entrepreneur, model, soft-spoken investment adviser, sales executive and TV representative, comes from the infamous “Pepper Dem” season.
The soon-to-be dad is bringing it hot this season and his return guarantees the house will be filled with vibrant energy and magnetic presence. According to him, his wife has given him permission to come back and fight for the money.

5. Uriel

Uriel Ngozi Oputa, known as Uriel from “See Gobbe” season, is a British Nigerian. Born in the UK where she spent her younger years before later moving to Nigeria after completing her education, Uriel is a weight loss enthusiast, businesswoman and CEO of UUlovesfood as well as Uriellondonwigs, which deals in hairs and wigs for women.
Uriel is back stronger and fitter and says her confidence is 150 percent and she’s not scared of anybody. She looks forward to the games as she is now athletic and strong. She plans to bring positive energy, good vibes and drama. Uriel is also looking for her husband.

6. Pere

Pere Egbi, best known as Pere ‘The General’ from “Shine Ya Eye” season, is a realtor, actor, nurse and model. He was formerly in the US military before coming back to Nigeria.
As the spontaneous and adventurous housemate, Pere is expected to bring unpredictable twists and turns to the All-Star edition.
His motivation for coming, aside from enjoying the show, is to show a completely different side the audience hasn’t seen.
According to him, “I believe right now I know exactly how to play the game better than I did before. If you cross my path, I will show you.”

7. Princess

Princess Linda Onyejekwe, known simply as Princess, comes from “Double Wahala” season. The PR expert, media personality and entrepreneur just wants a chance to play the game this time around.
“Big Brother asked me to come back and I accepted his apology. I decided to do this because I miss Biggie. I want to have fun and just enjoy the show,” she says.

8. Soma

TV personality, singer and actor, Somadina Anyama aka Soma from “See Gobbe” season, is back in the house for a second chance to redeem himself for the money. He says he has changed, noting that he’s more outspoken and might be a problem for some people. His plan is to scatter everything.

9. Angel

Angel Agnes Smith, known as Angel from “Shine Ya Eye” season, in spite of vowing never to return, is back to Biggie’s house and is bringing “gbas gbos entertainment opooooorrr”. Revealing that she felt like the odd one out the last time, she says she is back to make more meaningful friendships.

10. Neo

Emuobonuvie Neo Akpofure, popularly referred to as Neo, was a ride-hailing app driver before he auditioned for the “Lockdown” edition. Grace has brought him this far, and he is capitalizing on grace again. He says he’s bringing “steez and good vibes”.

“Life has definitely changed, and it’s crazy because being on the show felt like being on an all-expense-paid vacation with lots of freebies,” the Delta State native says with a smile.

11. Alex

Alexandra Amuche Asogwa, known as Alex, is a model, dancer and social media influencer. The authentic and bubbling Alex from “Double Wahala” season is sure to bring her positive energy and unique style back to the Big Brother house and says she’s here for the money and she is the main event.

Considering her previous chaotic relationship with Cee-C, we can certainly expect some drama from the pair.

12. Seyi

Seyi Awolowo, popularly called Seyi, is the grandson of Nigerian nationalist politician Chief Obafemi Awolowo. The businessman and entrepreneur from “Pepper Dem” season brings his charisma and intelligence back to the house, aiming to claim the crown he narrowly missed in his previous season. He is also here for a good time and the money and all that Biggie has to offer.

13. Ilebaye

Internet sensation Ilebaye Precious Odiniya, known as Ilebaye, is a lawyer, criminologist, entrepreneur, and model. The Gen Z baddie from “Level Up” season is back, and that’s on periodt. She is starting from where she stopped during her first appearance on the show.

14. Ike

Stylish model and influencer Steve Ikechukwu Onyeama, fondly called Ike from “Pepper Dem” season, says Lagos has changed him and he is here for the money. He admits to being distracted the last time and says this time he will show us what we missed.

15. Venita

Venita Akpofure, British-Nigerian actress and video vixen, is from “Pepper Dem” season. She is back and her mission is straightforward: “When you get a second chance, wrestle the bull to the ground.”

16. Adekunle

Adekunle Tobilola Olopade, popularly known as Adekunle, is a digital marketing consultant and a social media sensation who comes from “Level Up” season. He is back to show us the charming, confident and beautiful ‘Bad Boy Dex’.
“Last season I was at a point where I was trying to rediscover myself. I was trying to react, relate and adapt to a new environment with new people. This time things will be different,” Adekunle says. “This is my second chance to win the money. Fuel is expensive o!”

17. Tolanibaj

Tolani Shobajo, known as Tolanibaj, a media personality and A&R person, hails from Lagos State. The “Lockdown” season housemate was born in the US but later moved to Nigeria to take up a career in entertainment. Expect pepper Tolani.

18. Cross

Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo, commonly known as Cross from “Shine Ya Eye” season, is an entrepreneur, model, and fitness expert. Cross’ passion for fitness led him to start a protein shake company called Cross Fitness Nutrition.

He is back on a high note. Describing himself as the groom, he says he’s here to have a good time and he is winning this time.

19. Mercy Eke

Mercy Eke, popularly known as the Queen of Highlights or Lambo, was the winner of the “Pepper Dem” season. The Imo State-born Instagram influencer, media personality, actress and entrepreneur is the founder of MNM Luxury. In March 2020, she received the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award (AMVCA) for best dressed female.

Mercy’s return to Biggie’s house on Sunday dressed like royalty has convinced fans to expect nothing but ‘the Queen of Highlights 2.0’. She says she’s done it before and can do it again.

20. Whitemoney

Whitemoney, real name Hazel Oyeze Onou, was the winner of “Shine Ya Eye” season. After emerging the winner, the singer and songwriter ventured into many businesses and has also continued with his music career, even though some fans say he should forget about music and focus more on business, especially following the release of his first official single “Selense”. He’s confident that he will be adding another slice to the bakery this season.
