Edo State Commissioner for Youth and Humanitarian Affairs, Zubairu Dada Abubakar, has said the state government believes in the welfare of the youths and will continue to engage and keep them off the streets.
The Commissioner who disclosed this during a familiarization tour of the various offices when he assumed duty, noted that the Ministry will also proffer permanent solutions to solve humanitarian issues.
According to him, “We are going to work as a team to understand the issues and improve on them. We will set measurable standards and review them when there are negative results. As team players we will find out why and make necessary improvements.”
The Commissioner was led on the tour by the Director of Youths, Mr. Victor Asiriuwa JP and the Director of Shared Services, Malam Usman Binanu.
