Companies that are listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group continue to announce dates for their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Board Meetings in compliance with the post listing rules.
The Annual General Meeting is a yearly gathering of a company’s stakeholders and executives to deliberate and discuss the well-being of the organization. Here, the directors of the company present the company’s financial performance, analyse it and stakeholders vote to either accept or reject it.
On the other hand, the board of directors’ meeting is held at intervals to analyse the performance of the company at each quarter or half year.
According to the findings by the Nigerian Observer, below are the companies to hold their annual general meeting and board meetings in the month of August up till mid September 2023. The Nigerian Observer will continue to update the table as more dates are announced for AGMs and board meetings.
