… Arsenal fan base fails to recognize the center-back partner of Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes

It seems like Gabriel Magalhaes’ impact at Arsenal is not receiving enough recognition from those outside the Gunners fanbase.

When the referee blew the final whistle at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal fans, both at the stadium and watching from home, let out a collective sigh of relief. It had been a long eight years since their last Premier League win over Manchester City, the reigning champions.

Since then, Gunners defender, William Saliba has received lots of well-deserved praise for his impressive performance in shackling City striker Erling Haaland. It’s no surprise considering Haaland holds the record for the most Premier League goals in a single campaign.

Gabriel’s game has improved significantly in recent seasons. Some argue that he is currently the best left-footed center-half in world football.

While Josko Gvardiol and Alessandro Bastoni are talented defenders, Gabriel Magalhaes has shown great progress and is highly regarded in the football world. It’s a matter of personal preference, but many consider Gabriel to be a top left-footed center-back.
