Listed companies on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) have begun to release the dates for their third quarter 2023 board meetings in preparation to release their financial statements for the period.
Most of the companies will be holding their board of directors’ meetings while a few will hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in October 2023.
The board meetings are meetings held at interval to analyse the performance of the company at the end of a quarter while the AGM are done just once in a year.
According to findings by the Nigerian Observer, below are the companies that will hold their board meetings and AGM in this month.
