Top Premier League club Arsenal are indicating serious interest to check on the situation of Bayer Leverkusen’s 23-year-old Nigerian forward Victor Boniface.

After he took the Bundesliga by storm in the last six months, Victor Boniface could as early as the New Year be heading to the Premier League with Arsenal.

Transfer expert Ekrem Konur disclosed Arsenal are now discussing the situation of the 23-year-old striker, Score Nigeria reports.

“Arsenal are planning to check on the situation of Bayer Leverkusen’s 23-year-old Nigerian striker Victor Boniface,” Ekrem reported.

Victor Boniface has emerged as one of the biggest revelations in the German top league since Bayer Leverkusen splashed out more than 20 Million Euros to sign him in the summer.

Boniface has 16 goals and provided eight assists in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen, who are top of the Bundesliga going into 2024.

It is a performance that has already earned him a Bundesliga Player of the Month Award, as well as five straight Rookie Player of the Month Awards.

He spent only a season with Belgian club Union St. Gilloise during which he netted 17 goals and delivered 12 assists.

Boniface will be with the Super Eagles for the 2023 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire.
