As 2023 approaches to an end, more companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) have released the dates for their board meetings and Annual General meetings (AGM) in preparation to release their financial statements for the period ended and also in compliance with the post listing rules.

Most of the companies will either hold board of directors’ meetings or AGMs while a few will have court ordered meetings (COM) in December and January respectively.

The board meetings are meetings held at intervals to analyze the performance of the company at the end of the quarter while AGMs are done just once in a year to analyze the company’s performance over the year.
