…embarks on road walk, visits orphanages

There was an air of camaraderie and social networking as journalists and members of the fifteen chapels which make up the Edo State’s Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) today, Thursday, December 7, 2023, conglomerated away from their busy field schedules to celebrate the Edo NUJ organized Press Week.

Journalists and members of the fourth estate of the realm mingled together, taking selfie shots and group photographs as they embarked on a road walk round selected streets to sensitize the public about the press week as well as educate people on the need to desist from targeting or unleashing violence on practitioners as they go about doing their job.
