FIFA has announced the hosts nations for the U20 men’s and women’s World Cup coming up in 2025 and 2026.

The world football governing body made the revelation on its verified X account, stating that a number of key decisions were made in regards to the youth tournaments.

The decisions taken during FIFA Council Meeting saw Chile named hosts for the U20 men’s competition in 2025.

According to FIFA’s President, Gianni Infantino, the South American country got the nod due to their organizational experience having hosted the U17 finals in 2015.

For the U20 Women’s World Cup, Poland were given the approval to host the cadet women’s soccer fiesta in 2026.

A total of twenty-four teams from across the globe, including the hosts will compete in both the FIFA’s U20 World Cup 2025 and the U20 Women’s World Cup in 2026.
