The Black Stars of Ghana played their last group B match against the Mambas of Mozambique at the Olympic Stadium Epimpe.

The game which ended in a 2-2 draw, saw the Ghanaians out of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with 2 points from three matches, same with their counterparts.

Ghana had an impressive and early lead in the game which paid off to a penalty in the 15th minute.

The shot was taken by Jordan Ayew making it his 20th goal for Black Stars.

The Mambas of Mozambique started the second half in high spirit.

The Black Stars were awarded another penalty by the Libyan Referee, Ibrahim Mutaz. This was converted to another goal for the team by Jordan Ayew giving the Ghanaian team a second Lead in the game.

Ghana maintained their lead to the 90th minute not until the extra time when Mozambique were given their first penalty of the game. The Mozambique Midfielder G. Catamo sends Richard Ofori, the Ghanaian goal keeper the wrong way and puts the ball in the bottom corner to give his team their first goal of the game.

Four minutes into extra time, Mozambique defender R. Mandava nets in a header to give his team their second goal.
