Wife of famous Nigerian comedian and filmmaker Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has cried out over alleged threats on her life.
Mabel Makun, who is an interior designer, in a post she shared on her Instagram story and seen by The Nigerian Observer, said the threats on her life had reached a critical point where she could no longer tolerate.
She further said there would be a specific individual to hold responsible if she were to come to any harm and indicated her intention to report the matter to the police.
“The threat to my life is actually getting out of hand and if anything happens to me, there is just one person to be held responsible. Headed to the Police Station,” she wrote.
Mabel Makun’s claim comes right after she and her husband unfollowed each other on Instagram and are yet to address the public, reports indicate.
In another post on her Instagram story highlighting that she was has been going through a mental abuse, Ay’s wife wrote, “Been abused mentally and all round for way too long, and I have had enough.”
