Arsenal have revealed a recent long-term sponsorship agreement with Stan Kroenke blueprint clear.

It is a new long-term partnership with Dubai-based luxury developer Sobha Realty. The deal will see the company become the club’s new training ground sponsor.

The agreement means that London Colney, the current training base, will be known as the Sobha Realty Training Centre. It is the first-ever training ground naming rights partner for the club.

The deal will also see Sobha Realty become the new shirt sleeve sponsor for Arsenal training kits.

A statement from the club reads: “The partnership will see Arsenal benefit from Sobha Realty’s unrivaled expertise in property and real estate to explore the development opportunities at the club’s training ground.

“This supports the ambition to engineer excellence and create the best possible environment for the men’s and women’s players, coaches, and staff.”

Arsenal Chief Commercial Officer, Juliet Slot, said: “Sobha Realty is a dynamic business with big ambitions. We’re excited to build on our partnership and tap into their extensive knowledge of property development. Their unrivaled experience will help us understand and explore the opportunities available to us, ensuring we’re always moving forward with world-class facilities for the future.”

Arsenal and Sobha Realty first formed a partnership in 2023 when the WM Club – a premium hospitality suite at the Emirates Stadium – was sponsored by the company. Sobha Realty has also been a staple at matches and around the Men’s and Women’s team grounds ever since.

It follows a method of increasing revenue for Stan Kroenke and his sports and entertainment empire (KSE). With more stringent financial rules there is an added need for clubs to generate income to business in the transfer market.

Kroenke has also been making big moves elsewhere in America. His NFL franchise, Los Angeles Rams, have moved training facilities. He was also behind the massive £4.1billion move to the SoFi Stadium in USA.

Arsenal’s current matchday ground, the Emirates Stadium, has been sponsored since it opened nearly 20 years ago. Other grounds in England are also sponsored, including the Etihad Stadium, Vitality Stadium, and GTech Stadium.
